Produced both in hardcopy and electronic versions with all the necessary information required including such basis as a detailed breakdown of fixtures and fittings, electrical replacement requirements and what is needed to ensure proper cleaning can be achieved of the newly refurbished areas.

Sounds basic, well it is, clear and precise information contained within Building & O&M manuals alongside all the information on how the Design was achieved during construction.
